Leadership Affirmation

I think we can all agree that in our 21st-century world of technology, we are not lacking information. We are in an information overload generation. We watch television commercials and then tell our doctor what medications we want. We can look up everything from how to build bombs and kill one another to setting up Go Fund Me Pages so that we can create accounts for funding every vision from buying goldfish to building homes. I am well aware of that that is a seriously run on sentence but this is a blog and I have immunity from Gramatik perfection. What we do not lack information, what we do lack is affirmation. There is great value in a word of kindness.  Make a commitment to offer an affirmation to at least one person each day for the next seven days. There is no promise and there is no pot of gold at the end of this rainbow. It just feels good!
